Elverson My family and I and thousands of other parents were deceived and defrauded by Worthington Christian Schools (WCS) and Grace Brethren Church (GBC) (i.e. Grace Polaris and Grace Powell) involving millions of dollars as they deliberately endangered our children. As reported by the Columbus Dispatch newspaper and many others, the WCS/GBC administrators and their attorney got caught harboring several repeat child molesters, led into temptation to molest again, while conspiring to deceive and defraud we the parents about it for over 10 years. Those WCS/GBC administrators were secretly recorded stating that they were indeed putting the children at "big-time liable" "risk" and that they believe "before God" that it is "the right thing" to do.

INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION
To fulfill my responsibility to warn others as we should have been warned, I occasionally notify the public by simply putting a slip of paper on the front doors of residences so they are aware of the child molesters in the area and of those who got caught harboring those child molesters. The slips distributed are precisely as that shown below:
This is not soliciting because nothing is being sold and the Police have informed me that it is perfectly legal for me to do this.
The vast majority of the public express a great deal of appreciation for the information so they can protect their families.If anyone asks me what I am doing, I always politely respond with STATEMENT #1 exactly as follows:
"The public is being notified about child molesters in the area."If asked for more information or I need to clarify, I always politely follow up with STATEMENT #2 exactly, or very similar to that, as follows:"As reported by the Columbus Dispatch newspaper, Worthington Christian Schools and Grace Brethren Church got caught harboring several repeat child molesters while conspiring to deceive and defraud thousands of parents about it involving millions of dollars. Those administrators were secretly recorded stating that they were indeed putting the children at "big-time liable" "risk" and that they believe "before God" that it is "the right thing" to do."I am very cautious to always use the wording above to avoid any possibility of slander. I also always speak very clearly and loud enough to avoid any possibility of being misunderstood.After requesting and being granted permission by the Police, I also occasionally fulfill my responsibility to warn others by holding up an ABCsOfBetrayal.com sign at or near the entrance of WCS, GBC Grace Polaris, and GBC Grace Powell.
While doing so, I have spoken with Worthington Police, Powell Police, Columbus Police, and Franklin County and Delaware County Sheriff Deputies, and they will agree that I am always polite and respectful and make every effort to ensure that I am following the law precisely.The two sections of this document that follow are evidence that Deputy Joseph E. Elverson is responsible for me being Maliciously Prosecuted and has continued to unjustly harass me as I work to ensure I am following the law while fulfilling my responsibility to warn others.
INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION ON JULY 2, 2017
While notifying the public about child molesters in the area on July 2, 2017, I drove down a road at approximately 1:15 PM that appears on my GPS receiver. That road also appears on GoogleMaps.com as shown below. As confirmed later by Powell Police Officer Lucas, that road has no signs of it being a private road or that there is no trespassing.
I placed an ABCsOfBetrayal.com slip on the door of the house on the right side of that road at position 1 above.
I then placed an ABCsOfBetrayal.com slip on the windshield of a vehicle at the house on the left side of that road near position 2 above.
Since the people at that house saw me, I thought I should be courteous and let them know why I was in the area. Therefore, I walked to them and politely handed a man an ABCsOfBetrayal.com slip while making STATEMENT #1. That man immediately told me to get off his property, which I did and we walked to position 2 above.
He then told me that there is no soliciting allowed and I told him that it is not soliciting because nothing is being sold and the Police informed me that it is perfectly legal for me to distribute that information. That man then began yelling to the two women nearby to get his cell phone so he could call the Police. I politely gave him my cell phone to make that call, which he did. While he was waiting for the call to be answered, I clearly made STATEMENT #2 and did so loud enough for the two women nearby to hear exactly what I said so there could be no misunderstanding as to what I said. I then asked the man “Don’t you care about child molesters molesting children?” loud enough so there was no misunderstanding of what I said. After the man hung up on the Police while using my cell phone, he began verbally abusing me while using the “F” word. He then told me that he owns all the land on that road, which I thought was a ridiculous claim, and so I asked him to show me the deed and I left.
Note that 911 replied in a message to my cell phone at 1:18 PM.I then drove to the house after the bend on that road at position 3 above and placed an ABCsOfBetrayal.com slip on the front door.
The neighbor to that residence was mowing his grass at position 4 above and he asked if he could help me. So, I handed him an ABCsOfBetrayal.com slip while making STATEMENT #1. He asked me where the child molesters were and I replied with STATEMENT #2. He then said that church “brings people to the Lord.” I said that they got caught harboring several repeat child molesters. He then told me that there is no soliciting allowed and I told him that it is not soliciting because nothing is being sold and the Police informed me that it is perfectly legal for me to distribute that information. I then walked away back to position 3 above as he began verbally abusing and threatening me. He then approached my vehicle in a threatening manner and I told him he better not touch it or I will get him for it (i.e. report him to the Police and have him pay for all damages). That man then tried to pick a fight with me by stating: “I dare you to touch me.” I then got into my vehicle and drove away to leave that road.
I realized that both of the men verbally abusing and threatening me might attend (or know someone who does) that church (GBC Grace Powell) and would steal any ABCsOfBetrayal.com slips I put on the doors in that neighborhood. I was curious if the first man who was verbally abusing and threatening me had stolen the ABCsOfBetrayal.com slip off the door of his neighbor, so I stopped to see if it was still there as I left that road.
The total time I was on that road that was on my GPS receiver was approximately 5 minutes.
The total time from Hoskins first 911 call (with my cell phone) to me leaving that road was exactly 4 minutes and 4 seconds as shown in the timeline below produced from the 911 call times that I acquired from the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
As acquired directly from the Enforcer Narrative Report for 17-004234 and shown below, the person who filed the False Police Report (Estil Hoskins) advised Delaware County Deputy Joseph E. Elverson that "he did not want to sign a criminal charge" and only wanted "Mr. Ball advised he was trespassed from the Stillwater Subdivision".
Even though Hoskins requested Deputy Joseph E. Elverson to only inform me that it is a private road, Deputy Elverson accepted that False Police Report and pursued to have me prosecuted for "Disorderly Conduct" which was eventually dismissed.
The maximum fine for "Disorderly Conduct" is $150 but I fought it because I was totally innocent and polite (e.g. I let Hoskins use my cell phone to call the Police who he hung up on). Judge Marianne T. Hemmeter suggested I hire an attorney, which I did hesitantly.
The attorney fees and lost work for that Malicious Prosecution have cost me $8,204.53 and I expect to be reimbursed for those costs.The total costs are provided below:

On April 22, 2018, Deputy Joseph E. Elverson then attempted to charge me with "Criminal Trespassing" for taking measurements of Liberty Road in front of the property that is south of Grace Powell.
Several months earlier, a person (son or son-in-law of home owner?) from that residence south of Grace Powell came to thank me personally and shake my hand for fulfilling my responsibility to warn others about Grace Powell. He also honks his horn and waves in appreciation when he drives by as I occasionally hold an ABCsOfBetrayal.com sign on the east side of Liberty Road on Sundays.
One Sunday, a Delaware County Sheriff Deputy (I did not get his name) suggested that I hold the sign on the west side of Liberty Road. I told the Deputy that those who have been stalking (i.e. watching) me at Grace Powell will complain if I stand on the west side of the road. I told the Deputy "Watch this" as I walked to the west side of the road as the stalkers told me to get off their property. I walked back to the east side of the road and the Deputy then explained to the stalkers that there is a Right of Way approximately 15 feet after the shoulder of the road that the public is permitted to occupy.
In the morning sun, it is very difficult for drivers to see the sign because the sun is almost directly behind the sign. Therefore, I decided to investigate precisely where I am legally permitted to stand on the west side of Liberty Road.
I contacted the Delaware County Engineer Bill Stillions and received a copy of the public road survey drawings that identify the precise location of the public Right of Way in front of Grace Powell at 7600 N. Liberty Road. As can be seen enclosed in red below, the measurement from the center of the road to the west edge is specified as 30.00'. As can be seen enclosed in green below, the public Right of Way extends 21.04' past that 30.00':
However, I measured the road pavement in front of the property that is south of Grace Powell and the width of the road is 44 feet which means that 8 feet past the road pavement is where the 21.40' Right of Way begins. I only need that 8 foot after the road pavement to stand in.
When I took those road measurements in front of the property that is south of Grace Powell, I also used a metal detector in an effort to locate the iron pins that identify the exact boundary that I must stay within so Grace Powell cannot claim that I am trespassing. Grace Powell actually had a surveillance camera installed recently (mounted under their mail box) and (fortunately) it recorded me taking those measurements on the property south of Grace Powell.
Grace Powell then called law enforcement in an effort to have me arrested for trespassing. After reviewing the surveillance camera video, Deputy Joseph E. Elverson and Deputy Erica Ferrell came across the road and told me I was going to be charged with "Criminal Trespassing". I showed them the drawings that I received from the Delaware County Engineer that give the precise location of the public Right of Way but Elverson said that I was still trespassing because the church owns the property out to the middle of the road. I told Elverson that Bill Stillions told me that too but that the public Right of Way extends from the center of the road out 51.40 feet (29.40 feet past the edge of the pavement) with another 15 feet that is a "temporary Right of Way". Elverson said that he was still going to charge me.
I then asked Elverson:
"So, if I drive down the road they can have me arrested for Criminal Trespassing?"Note again that I was taking the Liberty Road measurements south of Grace Powell.
REQUEST
As documented above, Deputy Joseph E. Elverson has serious issues with me (and likely others) utilizing Freedom of Speech that our brave military men and women give life and limb to protect. As also documented, I have made every effort to ensure that I am continuously following the law as I fulfill my responsibility warn others as we should have been warned about Grace Powell, Grace Polaris, and the associated Worthington Christian Schools where the administrators and their attorney, along with some Grace Powell and Polaris teachers, staff, and parents got caught during their deliberate 10-year Conspiracy of Child Endangerment, Criminal Negligence, Deception, Fraud, and Cover-Ups committed against thousands of parents involving millions of dollars. I request that Deputy Joseph E. Elverson be permanently relieved from duty and that a restraining order be filed to ensure that he has no contact with me or my family.
I also request and that I be reimbursed for the attorney fees and lost work for the Malicious Prosecution that Elverson is responsible for, which cost me $8,204.53 as totaled below:
