The Crimes
The Columbus Dispatch newspaper did an expose’ called “The ABCs Of Betrayal”.
In that newspaper series, the administrators at Worthington Christian Schools (WCS) and
Grace Brethren Church (GBC) along with their Schottenstein, Zox, and Dunn (SZD) attorney,
Daniel R. Swetnam, got caught
while deliberately putting thousands of students at “risk” (their secretly recorded word)
for nearly a decade with several repeat child molesters lead into temptation to molest again,
while deceiving and defrauding the parents about it,
while the WCS/GBC administrators and their SZD attorney conspired to cover up their crimes
(i.e. 10-year
Conspiracy of
Child Endangerment,
Criminal Negligence,
Deception,
Fraud, and
Cover-Ups)
against thousands of students and parents. Logical LogicThe following logical statements were made by people who have lots of experience in regard to child molesters and organizations that harbor them. Permission was granted by each to share their logical comments with others. Note that these statements were made BEFORE the second WCS child molester was convicted (that those same administrators were warned about back in 2002) and BEFORE the parents learned that the WCS Superintendent had several child molestation accusations against him for which he now claims were merely an "inappropriate emotional attachment" with a student. The editors at the Internet Web Site BadBadTeacher.com wrote the following: “It would require an eternal optimist or a blatant fool to place a self-professed child molester in a position of trust and authority with an ample supply of potential victims within easy reach. This is exactly what the administration of Worthington Christian Schools did in re-hiring Dewayne Smith, who by his own admission to church leaders in 1996 was a child molester.” Samantha Nelson at The Hope Of Survivors wrote the following: "There is no excuse for the administrators’ actions. The comments made by the administrators are the typical manipulative and controlling comments generally made in situations like these. However, no matter what they say, they are responsible and held to a higher standard, which makes their comment about “all of us are sinners” very foolish. James 3:1 provides a basis for this Biblical principle of being held to a higher standard when it says, “Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.” Christa Brown at Stop Baptist Predators wrote the following: "It's NOT just about betrayals by the perpetrators. It's about betrayals by all the others who knew and kept quiet and didn't warn. That's the aspect of this huge problem that I think I will never understand - the silence of the many. Don Martin at BibleTruths.net wrote the following: "Some aberrations are very persistent, deeply imbedded in ones personality and character. The sexually molesting of children is such a matter. It is extremely rare for this horrible abuse on children not to be repeated by such a person. They absolutely should never, for the children's sake and their sake, be placed in a place of trust or a position of close proximity to children. In my judgment, those with knowledge of the person who allowed this to be done ought also to be held guilty and responsibility!"
Allowing the WCS/GBC administrators and their SZD attorney to "get away with it" shows no
respect for the brave men and women who give life and limb to defend our civilized country and our
precious freedoms. The very least we can do is to see to it that the laws are upheld within this
country and so that all students can be assured that such criminal and dangerous actions are not
acceptable and will NOT be tolerated.
To allow these men to "get away with it" is also to spit in the face of God who never ever
would approve of deliberately putting children at "risk" with repeat child molesters lead into
temptation to molest again while deceiving and defrauding the parents about it;
for which those administrators were secretly recorded saying that they believe "before God" is
"the right thing" to do. Chuck Swindoll's Insight For Living also provided logical statements in regard to the serious crimes, betrayals, and dangerous and evil hypocrisy by the WCS/GBC administrators. Unfortunately Insight For Living asked to not share their comments with others.

Irrational and Irresponsible LogicAfter being aware of the existing irrefutable and overwhelming evidence against the WCS/GBC administrators and their attorney, the former social worker John E. Davidson made the following irrational and irresponsible statement on his blog: "I know for me personally and for many others who have contacted me, I would be happy if they do what has already been suggested and that is:Notice that John E. Davidson is willing to “applaud them” if they merely admit to what they got caught doing, and if they don’t admit to it, they are “blatant hypocrites”."The only honorable course of action as I see it is as radical as it is simple: Jim Custer, Jim Augspurger, Tom Anglea, Taylor Smith, Bill Williams and perhaps others should all stand up and say, “You’re right. We sinned. We acted in bad faith. We protected the wrong people. We covered up. We lied by omitting important facts. Please forgive us. We promise to give a full and honest account of what happened, who was involved and how we got to this point, and we promise to take whatever consequences arise out of our full and frank disclosure."
Note too that the WCS/GBC administrators never ever apologized for their crimes;
they only apologized for HOW WE FELT ABOUT IT. "If that decision distressed, offended or hurt you, we would like to apologize and ask for your forgiveness."

Ideas Of OthersBelow are the Pre-Meeting Notes by the former social worker John E. Davidson in which he lists the ideas of others on how to proceed with holding the WCS/GBC administrators accountable for their 10-year Conspiracy of Child Endangerment, Criminal Negligence, Deception, Fraud, and Cover-Ups committed against thousands of students and parents: Any input from members is wanted and welcome and will be compiled and sent back out to everyone.

Easy and Effortless ManipulationAs we learned, WCS/GBC simply ignores the most simple rules and laws (e.g. No child molesters allowed within 1,000 feet of a school) and “background checks” are used as a means to mislead (i.e. defraud) parents into believing that the children are safe from child molesters etcetera. To persuade the former social worker John E. Davidson to "applaud them", the WCS/GBC administrators simply proclaimed that they will add to their list of rules (that they ignore whenever is convenient for them). This clearly gives the students and parents a very false sense of security. The fact is that those administrators remain in power at WCS/GBC, remain as a serious threat to unsuspecting and trusting consumers, and remain as horrible examples to all students on how to treat your business customers and your fellow man. The irrational and irresponsible logic by John E. Davidson teaches the students that it is perfectly acceptable to be easily manipulated by and cower down to those who commit serious crimes against children and consumers.
However, that is NOT acceptable and will NOT be tolerated.
