In business, most company policy is that it is forbidden to discuss things during work, at work functions, to customers, to suppliers, or to anyone else associated with company business about anything that is "inappropriate" or makes others feel "uncomfortable".

Also, the company may not endorse or support any special interest groups (e.g. political, religious, etc.).
Clearly, discussions about LGBT (humans having sex with humans of the same sex) make many people feel "uncomfortable" and it is indeed "offensive", especially when discussed and flaunted around children.
It is also clear that conversations about Incest (humans having sex with family members) also make many people feel "uncomfortable" and it too is indeed "offensive", especially when discussed and flaunted around children.

People who engage in sex with humans of the same sex, with family members, with animals, or with children (i.e. Pedophiles) are clearly severely confused and there is little doubt that they will be confused about other important things in life.
The world is fully aware that the LGBT community has been out in force actively trying to persuade people, including children, to join their ranks as they "claim" that they are "proud" of their confusion as they parade and flaunt themselves across the country.

Third-Grade Teacher Betrayal
The social media comments that follow are proof that parents and Boards Of Education need to beware of teachers who believe they have the power and right to confuse and pervert the minds of children.
The message that follows has been sent to the administrators of the schools that a teacher works (or worked) at and who believes to possess the power to manipulate the minds of third-grade students by bringing LGBTQ+ friends of that teacher into the classroom.
It has also been sent to the Boards Of Education and parents.School Administrators:
As parents who were betrayed by a private school regarding the safety of our children, it is our responsibility to notify you of the following:
A third-grade teacher who works (or did work) at your school evidently believes to possess the power to manipulate the minds of third-grade students by bringing LGBTQ+ friends of that teacher into the classroom.
In the redacted publicly available social media comments below, that teacher writes that:"And I will continue to stand hand in hand with my LGBTQIA friends as an ally and make space for these people in my classroom and in any space I hold power."That third-grade teacher has no business or right to bring "LGBTQ+ friends" into a classroom of third graders.
That teacher also writes about people who are concerned about the children that:"And I m the most thankful that you re a dying generation."
In the redacted publicly available social media comment below, that teacher brags that the school principal is gay and that he would probably give that teacher a raise for making such comments:
Those comments by that third-grade teacher, and one of the schools involved, have been redacted to make it impossible to claim any form of defamation. However, we know for a fact that the teacher works (or did work) at your school based on the publicly available work history of that teacher.
As a school that is responsible for the safety and education of young children, it is YOUR responsibility to not permit your teachers to indoctrinate the children with people who are confused about their sexuality and surely have a distorted view about other important areas in life.
In the meantime, it is OUR responsibility to inform the parents and Boards Of Education of this gross misuse of power and indoctrination forced upon their children.

The law described below at Employment Law is invalid because it imposes on and violates the civil rights of women and children, at the very least:Transgender Employees and the Federal GovernmentUnlike as falsely claimed above, the issue does not fall into the category of "sex discrimination".
Although there are many laws prohibiting various forms of employer discrimination, there is currently no federal law specifically protecting transgender applicants or employees from discrimination. With that interpretation, transgender applicants and employees are protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which bars employers with 15 or more employees from discriminating based on sex.
In addition, the U.S. Attorney General announced in 2014 that the U.S. Department of Justice will consider employment discrimination against a transgender person as discrimination based on sex. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) also agrees with the Department of Justice's policy concerning transgender discrimination.
The issue falls into the categories of "imposing on and violating the civil rights of women and children".
That is, it is an "invasion of privacy", an "endangerment" to, and "unfair" to women and children.
It is an "invasion of privacy" and is "dangerous" to allow confused boys and men (who want to be or claim to be a girl or woman) into girl's and women's rest rooms and locker rooms.
It is also not "fair" to allow confused boys and men to compete in sports against girls and women.
Those rights of women and children apply and the false claims by confused men about "sex discrimination" do not.

Based on personal conversations with 'L's (in LGBTQ+), there is little doubt that many (possibly the vast majority) have identified themselves as being such for one or more of the following reasons:1. They believe that men are not attracted to themUnfortunately, once they make that "choice" to "fit in", there is no return and they will convince themselves that they are part of that group and will defend that "choice" because they do not have the courage to admit that they made a horrible mistake by being manipulated by that group.
2. After initially being accepted, they are rejected by men
3. They have been abused by men (e.g. emotionally, physically, sexually, etc., etc., etc.)
4. They despise men for any or all of the above
5. They are rebelling against their family (i.e. "I'll show you!") and/or society
6. They want to "fit in" with a group because they believe they have been "socially rejected"
